Weddings and Receptions

What do you get when you hire Mitch Mack for your wedding and/or reception?

    • IN-PERSON MEETING:  Before we do anything, I suggest meeting in person, to “break the ice” and get to know you and your spouse-to-be. This meeting gives me an idea of what atmosphere you want for your Big Day.
    • YOUR OWN PLANNING WEB PAGE:  After booking, you will be given a dedicated password to your own planning web page. You can add, erase, or change your plans up to 5 days before your event. I also supply “old-school” forms, as an alternate method of planning.

    • DJ ATTIRE:  I will perform at your event in dress clothes:  typically slacks, long-sleeved shirt, tie, and vest.

    •  ATTENTION TO YOUR NEEDS:  From the moment of booking, until the completion of your Reception, you are in control of the music and entertainment. I encourage texting, phone calls, and emails to make sure the plan is to your liking.

    •  PRE-PLANNING:  If possible, I will visit the venue ahead of time. I may also be able to attend your rehearsal.

    • ARRIVAL:  I arrive 3 hours before Guest arrival for sound checks and setup, at no extra cost to you.
    • QUALITY:  Besides quality sound equipment, I provide dancefloor lighting and uplighting at no extra cost to you.

    • SCHEDULE: During the Ceremony and Reception, I will stay with the program, unless plan is altered by the Wedding Coordinator. My experience will help in being flexible here.

    •  PLAYLISTS AND MUSIC:  I will have an updated playlist, that is tailored to the style of music you and your guests enjoy. I play censored, edited, radio versions of all songs. The key is to make sure everyone is HAVING FUN and to make this Wedding and Reception unforgettable! I can play requests, if you allow it, and only if those requests fit in with the flow of the Reception.

    • EMERGENCY PLANS:  I have a backup DJ/MC available in case of an emergency. I have backup equipment in case of technical problems.
